It connects manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and karigor artisans through a verified directory, secure gold ledger, and AI-powered search.

Any legitimate business or individual in the jewellery trade can apply: manufacturers, wholesale dealers, retail jewellers, karigor artisans, and jewellery designers. All members must complete KYC verification.

Yes — joining the network and creating a profile is free. Certain premium features and bulk integrations may be subject to usage-based pricing in the future.

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 business hours after you submit your documents. You will receive an SMS and email notification when your account is verified.

For businesses: GST Certificate, PAN Card, Udyam/MSME Certificate, business address proof, and shop photos/video. For karigor artisans: Aadhaar card, photograph, address proof, skill type, and a reference contact.

Every verified member receives a unique JO Node ID in the format JO-{StateCode}-{CityCode}-{000001} — for example, JO-MH-MUM-000001 for the first member in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This is your permanent digital identity on the platform.

Yes. All sensitive documents are stored encrypted (AES-256). We do not share your documents with third parties. KYC data is only visible to the Das Gold verification team and your own account.

No. Our system performs duplicate detection on GST, PAN, Aadhaar, and mobile number. Each unique document can only be linked to one account.

The ledger records every gold movement: inward from suppliers, issued to karigors, returned from karigors, dispatched in orders. Each entry is timestamped and immutable, creating a full audit trail. You can view your closing balance at any time.

Yes — export in PDF for accounts/auditors, or Excel for your own analysis. Both formats include all transaction details, weights, and timestamps.

When you issue gold to a karigor for manufacturing, the system records the weight and karigor's Node ID. When the finished piece is returned, the actual weight received is logged, automatically computing the manufacturing loss percentage.

Our visual search model achieves ~98% accuracy for exact matches and 94% for similar-design retrieval on our catalogue. Accuracy improves as more designs are added.

Yes. Our text search supports both Hindi and English descriptions. You can type "सोने का कुंदन हार" or "22K kundan necklace" and get relevant results.

JewelOS uses AES-256 encryption for sensitive data, CSRF protection on all forms, prepared statements to prevent SQL injection, and role-based access control. All sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity.

2FA via mobile OTP is available and strongly recommended for all accounts. Admins are required to have 2FA enabled.
